Leslie is a writer, speaker, and trainer who connects with her audience through a powerful blend of humor, honesty, and authenticity. Drawing from her own life experiences, she shares wisdom that inspires others to embrace a future rooted in freedom, love, and truth.
She founded GEMS Ministries with a vision to help girls and women of all ages recognize their inherent value—as beautiful treasures and radiant gems, uniquely crafted from the very beginning of their creation. Each of us was designed with distinct facets—talents, gifts, and characteristics—meant to shine brightly in the world.
While life’s challenges can dim our light or hold us back, it’s never too late to reclaim your shine. Through GEMS, Leslie empowers others to break free from cycles of negative thinking and decision-making, and to cultivate the gifts within—stepping boldly into their true destiny.

Her passion for intercession and her heart for service inspire those around her to seek God more fully and live with purpose. Darlene’s presence is both grounding and uplifting—whether she’s mentoring others, organizing ministry events, or quietly praying behind the scenes, she reflects the light and love that GEMS Ministries stands for.
